By accessing or using StudByStud, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use our service.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Refrain from engaging in malicious or harmful conduct
• Show respect for other users and their work

Service Modifications

We retain the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. Where feasible, we will provide notice of material changes to users.

Limitation of Liability

StudByStud is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of our service.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Your continued use of our service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Subscription and Payment Terms

• Membership Tiers: StudByStud offers paid membership tiers, which provide increased token limits and access to premium features.
• Billing Cycle: Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method each billing cycle until cancellation.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the conclusion of your current billing period, and you will maintain access to premium features until that time.

No Refunds Policy

All membership payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for partial billing periods, unused tokens, or any other circumstances once payment has been processed.

• Free Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before its conclusion to avoid charges. Once the trial expires and payment is processed, our no-refund policy takes effect.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to address billing concerns directly with us. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@studbystud.com and we will investigate promptly.

• We may temporarily suspend access while investigating an active chargeback or dispute.
• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of these Terms.
• Unresolved or repeated chargebacks may result in account termination, and you remain liable for any chargeback fees or outstanding balances.
• Any attempt to obtain unauthorized refunds or chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of all service access, and potential legal action to recover costs and damages.
• Once a dispute is resolved favorably, we may restore access if the account remains in good standing.

Account Termination and Project Files

If your account is terminated, your project files remain intact. All project files are stored within Roblox Studio itself.

StudByStud operates as an intermediary layer between Roblox Studio and our AI implementations. We do not host or maintain your codebase or project assets—termination only affects access to StudByStud's services.
